📋 How to use this tool

Excel File Requirements

Your Excel file uses a flexible schema where only certain fields are required:

Required Fields (must be present):
  • lineItemId - Unique identifier for each row
  • sku - Product SKU
  • applianceBrand - Brand name
  • applianceDescription - Product description
  • model - Product model
  • premium - Premium amount (pence)
  • appliancePrice - Product price (pence)
  • orderNumber - Order reference
  • orderCurrency - Currency code (e.g., GBP)
Optional Fields (with defaults):
  • firstName → defaults to "bob"
  • lastName → defaults to "builder"
  • email → defaults to "test@domesticandgeneral.com"
  • mobile → defaults to "+447000777446"
  • title → defaults to "mr"
  • addressLine1, addressLine2, city, country, postalCode, region → default address values
  • channel → defaults to 'web'
  • deliveryEstimate → defaults to today's date
💡 Flexible Usage:
  • Minimal Excel: Only include the 9 required fields
  • Partial Data: Include optional fields you want to override
  • Mixed Rows: Different rows can have different optional fields

Steps to Use:

  1. Enter your JWT token for authentication
  2. Select the retailer domain
  3. Upload your Excel file (.xlsx or .xls)
  4. Monitor real-time progress and view results
  5. Use "Selective Retry" to reprocess only failed items

Check this option to only process previously failed configurations
